Rebecca Pulliam

Q: Do I need business insurance if I operate a small business out of my home?

A: Standard homeowners insurance offers very limited protection for business equipment, inventory, or liability arising from home-based operations. Adding a home business rider or dedicated option ensures protection. Rebecca Pulliam in Lockhart can structure a setup for your home business.

Q: What insurance changes do I need to consider when buying a home while selling my current one?

A: You will need overlapping or adjusted protection to ensure both properties remain protected until closing dates are finalized. Rebecca Pulliam serves Lockhart and can align your start and end dates to avoid gaps.

Q: What happens if I forget to make a payment on time?

A: Insurance carriers typically offer a short grace period, but letting an account lapse can lead to temporary gaps and higher rates. If you ever anticipate a late payment, contact Rebecca Pulliam in Lockhart right away to discuss payment arrangements.

Q: Does boat insurance cover liability for watersports like tubing or wakeboarding?

A: Many boat accounts include watersports liability, but limits vary depending on the activity and equipment used. Talk with Rebecca Pulliam in Lockhart to make sure your marine setup covers all your weekend water activities.
